RACETECH Front Fender - Yellow Suzuki for SUZUKI RM 125, RM 250 1989-2000

On SUZUKI RM 125, RM 250 from 1989 to 2000, the RACETECH R-PARM0GI9600 front fender fits in place of the original part. Fixed to the lower triple clamp, the front fender shields the rider, the radiator and the engine from front wheel spray. When to replace it?

• Fender cracked, broken or bent after a crash.

Check the bike's model year: the shape and the spacing of the mounting points often change from one generation to the next. A universal fender fits standard triple clamps but sometimes needs the holes redrilled.

Fitting tips

1. Unscrew the old fender, keeping the bolts and washers.
2. Offer up the new one on the lower triple clamp and check that it touches neither the tire nor the brake hose when the fork is fully compressed.
3. Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern, without crushing the plastic.
4. Check that the speedometer cable or the brake hose runs through its guides.

The openings let more air through to the radiator and less mud builds up, which lightens the front end a little in sticky terrain.
