The RACETECH headlight mask is designed for KTM EXC 150, EXC 250, EXC 300, EXCF 250, EXCF 350, EXCF 450, EXCF 500 from 2018 to 2023. The headlight mask fronts an enduro bike and protects the headlight. It is the most exposed bodywork part in the woods: it takes branches and crashes first.

Choosing the colour

All colours have the same shape: pick the one that matches your other plastics or your graphics.

When to replace it?

• Mask cracked or broken, mounting tabs torn off.
• Warped plastic or faded colour.

Check the bike's model year and whether the headlight (lamp unit) is supplied or has to be transferred from the old mask.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the old mask and unplug the headlight.
2. Transfer the lamp unit and the wiring to the new mask if it comes without a headlight.
3. Refit the mask, plug the headlight back in and check the lighting and the beam height adjustment.
