RACETECH Radiator Shrouds - Orange KTM for KTM EXC 125, EXC 250, EXC 400, EXC 520, SX 400, SX 520 2000-2002

On KTM EXC 125, EXC 250, EXC 400, EXC 520, SX 400, SX 520 from 2000 to 2002, the RACETECH R-CVKTMAR9802 pair of radiator shrouds fits in place of the original part. Fitted on each side of the fuel tank, the shrouds guide cool air to the radiators and give your knees something to grip. When they are cracked or faded, they can be replaced without touching the rest of the plastics.

When to replace it?

• Shrouds cracked or broken after a crash.
• Plastic whitened by rubbing from knees and boots.
• Fuel tank or radiator mounting points torn out.

Check the bike's model year and, for two-piece models, whether you need the upper or the lower shrouds.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the seat if necessary, then the old shrouds, keeping all the hardware.
2. Check the condition of the nearby radiator louvers and shrouds and of the fuel tank mounts before refitting.
3. Tighten without forcing: the plastic cracks easily around the screws.
