RACETECH Radiator Shrouds - Green Kawasaki for KAWASAKI KX 125, KX 250 1999-2002

The RACETECH R-CVKX0VE9902 pair of radiator shrouds is designed for KAWASAKI KX 125, KX 250 from 1999 to 2002. The radiator shrouds trim the fuel tank and channel air to the radiators. They also protect the radiators from impacts and from the rider's knees, which leaves them very exposed in a crash.

Specifications

• Brand: RACETECH
• Manufacturer part number: R-CVKX0VE9902
• EAN code: 8032738971903

When to replace it?

• Shrouds cracked or broken after a crash.
• Plastic whitened by rubbing from knees and boots.
• Fuel tank or radiator mounting points torn out.

Check the bike's model year and, for two-piece models, whether you need the upper or the lower shrouds.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the seat if necessary, then the old shrouds, keeping all the hardware.
2. Check the condition of the nearby radiator louvers and shrouds and of the fuel tank mounts before refitting.
3. Tighten without forcing: the plastic cracks easily around the screws.

Why RACETECH?

The brand has supplied the plastics for Mitch Payton's Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, one of the most successful teams in AMA Supercross, as well as for the Beta Offroad Factory team. Its Worx chain guide is a one-piece design fitted with a removable, self-lubricating TPU internal wear pad.
