RACETECH Fork Guards for HONDA CR 85, CRF 150 2003-2026

The RACETECH pair of fork guards is designed for HONDA CR 85, CRF 150 from 2003 to 2026. The fork guards cover the front of the fork lowers and the inner tubes. They stop the stones that score the tubes: a single scratch on a tube is enough to damage a fork oil seal and make the fork leak.

When to replace it?

• Fork guards cracked or broken, mounting points torn out.
• Warped plastic rubbing on the inner tube.

Check the bike's model year: the fork guards follow the shape of the fork lowers and the routing of the front brake hose.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the old fork guards and keep the screws and the hose clamps.
2. Clean the fork lowers and check the condition of the inner tubes and of the fork oil seals.
3. Refit the new ones, putting the brake hose back in its guides, then tighten without forcing.
