ALL BALLS offers this carburettor pump repair kit for YAMAHA WRF 450, YFZ 450, YZF 450, KAWASAKI KLX 450, KXF 250, KXF 450 and SUZUKI RMZ 250 2003-2019. Some carburettors have a small diaphragm pump that corrects the mixture at tricky moments.

When should you replace this part?

A flat spot when you open the throttle, an engine that stalls when the throttle is snapped open, backfiring on deceleration or fuel leaking from the pump cover: the diaphragm needs replacing.

Cross-Mania tip: Note which way round the diaphragm and spring go before dismantling, clean the pump passage with carb cleaner and tighten the cover screws in a cross pattern without pinching the diaphragm.
