The hoses connecting the engine to the radiators to circulate coolant.
SAMCO offers this radiator hose kit for KTM EXC 450, EXC 520, EXC 525 2001-2008. Hoses carry hot, pressurised coolant between the engine and radiators. Original rubber hoses harden and crack with heat and age; reinforced silicone hoses resist heat and pressure better.
Why switch to silicone hoses?
The benefits:
- Better resistance to heat and ageing than rubber.
- Less risk of leaks or bursting.
- Several colours to personalise the bike.
Why choose SAMCO?
Samco Sport hoses are handmade in the UK from reinforced silicone, meet the SAE J20 standard and carry a lifetime warranty once the product is registered.
When should you replace the hoses on your KTM EXC 450?
A leak, crushed fins or an engine running too hot show the cooling system needs attention.
