The TWIN AIR 160434 oil cooling system is designed for SUZUKI RMZ 250 from 2013 to 2027. This kit adds an oil cooler to a four-stroke engine: an air-cooled heat exchanger through which the engine oil flows. The oil runs cooler and keeps its lubricating properties better when the engine is working hard.

Fitting tips
- With the engine cold, drain the engine oil.
- Follow the instructions: mount the cooler in its intended location and connect the hoses, with no kinks and no contact with hot or moving parts.
- Tighten the clamps, fill with engine oil, run the engine, then check the level again: the added circuit holds oil.
- Check for leaks after the first ride.
