TWIN AIR Oil Cooling System for KTM SXF 450, XCF 450 2009-2012

The TWIN AIR 160441 oil cooling system is designed for KTM SXF 450, XCF 450 from 2009 to 2012. This kit adds an oil cooler to a four-stroke engine: an air-cooled heat exchanger through which the engine oil flows. The oil runs cooler and keeps its lubricating properties better when the engine is working hard.

Fitting tips

1. With the engine cold, drain the engine oil.
2. Follow the instructions: mount the cooler in its intended location and connect the hoses, with no kinks and no contact with hot or moving parts.
3. Tighten the clamps, fill with engine oil, run the engine, then check the level again: the added circuit holds oil.
4. Check for leaks after the first ride.
