TWIN AIR Oil Cooling System for KAWASAKI KXF 250 2008-2009

The TWIN AIR 160410 oil cooling system is designed for KAWASAKI KXF 250 from 2008 to 2009. This kit adds an oil cooler to a four-stroke engine: an air-cooled heat exchanger through which the engine oil flows. Fitting tips

1. With the engine cold, drain the engine oil.
2. Follow the instructions: mount the cooler in its intended location and connect the hoses, with no kinks and no contact with hot or moving parts.
3. Tighten the clamps, fill with engine oil, run the engine, then check the level again: the added circuit holds oil.
4. Check for leaks after the first ride.
