INNTECK Radiator Sleeves (pair) for KAWASAKI KXF 450 2012-2015

The INNTECK RS0212 set of radiator sleeves is designed for KAWASAKI KXF 450 from 2012 to 2015. In mud or sand, the fins clog up within a few laps and the engine runs hot. The sleeves catch what gets thrown up while letting air through, and they are much easier to wash than a clogged radiator.

When do you need it?

The sleeves are made for the shape of your bike's radiators: check the model and years. Wash them after every muddy ride: clogged mesh blocks the air just like a dirty radiator.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the radiator shrouds if necessary and clean the radiators.
2. Pull each sleeve over its radiator, stretching it tight, without covering the mounts or the hose fittings.
3. Refit the radiator shrouds and check that nothing rubs, with the bars turned to full lock both ways.
