TWIN AIR Oil Cooling System for KAWASAKI KX 250 2021-2024

The TWIN AIR 160417 oil cooling system is designed for KAWASAKI KX 250 from 2021 to 2024. On a motocross or enduro four-stroke, the oil gets very hot in mud, sand or at low speed. An oil cooler takes the strain off the engine and protects the oil, which also lubricates the gearbox and clutch.

Fitting tips

1. With the engine cold, drain the engine oil.
2. Follow the instructions: mount the cooler in its intended location and connect the hoses, with no kinks and no contact with hot or moving parts.
3. Tighten the clamps, fill with engine oil, run the engine, then check the level again: the added circuit holds oil.
4. Check for leaks after the first ride.
