IRON BALTIC Full Skid Plate Set - Grizzly 700 - Plastic for YAMAHA YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS 4WD, YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS XT-R 2016-2026

IRON BALTIC offers this skid plate for YAMAHA YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS 4WD, YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS A 4WD, YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS CAMO 4WD, YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS X 4WD, YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS XT-R 2016-2026. The skid plate bolts to the frame, under the engine. In enduro, the underside of the bike often hits rocks, logs and ledges: without protection, the engine case can crack and leak oil.

Why fit a skid plate?

The benefits:

• The engine case is protected from rocks and stumps.
• The bike slides over logs and ledges instead of getting hung up.
• Depending on the model, it also protects the suspension linkage and the bottom of the frame.

Why choose IRON BALTIC?

Founded in Estonia in 2006 by two engineers, Iron Baltic started out making custom ATV skid plates and still designs and manufactures its products in Estonia. Its skid plates come in 4 mm brushed marine aluminium or 10 mm HDPE.

When should you replace the skid plate on your YAMAHA YFM 700 GRIZZLY EPS 4WD?

A skid plate that is cracked, badly gouged or with loose mountings no longer protects: replace it.

Specifications and fitting tips

• Full protection of bottom and front part of the ATV.

• Manufacturer part number: 02.17500

Cross-Mania tip: Check it does not get in the way of the oil drain or the hoses, and check the mounting bolts after the first rides.
