AXP offers this skid plate for HONDA TRX 450 FE FOURTRAX FOREMAN ES 4WD, TRX 450 FM FOURTRAX FOREMAN S 4WD, TRX 450 R SPORTRAX ELECTRIC START 2WD, TRX 450 R SPORTRAX KICK START 2WD 2004-2014. The skid plate bolts to the frame, under the engine. In enduro, the underside of the bike often hits rocks, logs and ledges: without protection, the engine case can crack and leak oil.

Why fit a skid plate?

• The engine case is protected from rocks and stumps.
• The bike slides over logs and ledges instead of getting hung up.
• Depending on the model, it also protects the suspension linkage and the bottom of the frame.
