ATHENA Valve Stem Seals for POLARIS RANGER 570 2012

When to replace it?

Fitting tips

1. Identify the intake and exhaust seals if they are different.
2. Protect the seal lip as you slide it over the valve stem (sleeve supplied, or adhesive tape over the collet grooves).
3. Oil the lip and press the seal on straight with a suitable tool, without crushing it.
4. Refit the springs and collets, then set the valve clearance with suitable shims.
