The ATHENA S410060021003 clutch cover gasket is designed for BETA RR 250, RR 300, RR 350, RR 390, RR 400, RR 430, RR 450, RR 480, RR 498, XTRAINER 250, XTRAINER 300 from 2010 to 2025. On the clutch side, the cover holds in the gearbox oil. Its gasket crushes when tightened: refitting the old one means risking an oil leak onto your boot or into the engine.

When to replace it?

• Oil seeping around the clutch cover.
• Gasket torn, hardened or stuck on removal.

Every time the clutch cover comes off: changing the plates or springs, work on the clutch basket or, depending on the model, the water pump.

Fitting tips

1. Drain the oil if the cover sits below the oil level.
2. Clean the gasket faces without scratching them and fit the gasket dry.
3. Tighten the screws in a criss-cross pattern to the manufacturer's torque.
4. Refill with fresh gearbox oil and check the level.
