PROFILTER Billet Aluminium Oil Filter Cover for SUZUKI DRZ 400, LTR 450 2000-2011

The PROFILTER BCA-4003-00 oil filter cover is designed for SUZUKI DRZ 400, LTR 450 from 2000 to 2011. The oil filter cover closes off the filter housing on the crankcase of a four-stroke engine. Machined from solid aluminium, it stands up to knocks and repeated removal better than many stock covers.

Fitting tips

1. With the engine cold, drain the oil and remove the old cover.
2. Replace the oil filter and clean the sealing face on the crankcase.
3. Fit a new, lightly oiled O-ring on the cover.
4. Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern to the torque in the manual, without overdoing it in the aluminium crankcase, then top up the engine oil.
