The small threaded part that lets you fit a mirror to a bike when the thread, height or mounting point does not match.
LIGHTECH offers this mirror adapter. A mirror screws into the lever mount on the handlebar, but not every bike has the same thread: M8 or M10 (8 or 10 mm diameter), and some makes use a left-hand thread on one side, which screws in the other way.
The benefits:
LIGHTECH is an Italian brand created in 1997 by Fabrizio Furlan from the family metalworking factory, and developed with World Superbike Championship teams. Its accessories are made of anodised aluminium, a coloured finish that resists corrosion better than bare aluminium.
Damaged thread, an adapter bent in a fall or a mirror that no longer holds its position: replace the adapter.
Cross-Mania tip: Check the diameter (M8 or M10) and thread direction on both the bike side and the mirror side: a left-hand thread screws in anticlockwise. Tighten, then lock with the locknut if one is supplied.
Universal part: check the dimensions given before ordering.
