BIHR offers this mirror adapter. A mirror screws into the lever mount on the handlebar, but not every bike has the same thread: M8 or M10 (8 or 10 mm diameter), and some makes use a left-hand thread on one side, which screws in the other way.
The benefits:
Bihr is a distributor from Alsace founded in 1975 by Cyrille Bihr, who started out with a bicycle and motorcycle repair shop in Hegenheim. Based in Bartenheim, it supplies more than 200,000 parts from seven European warehouses and develops its own range of parts and workshop tools.
Damaged thread, an adapter bent in a fall or a mirror that no longer holds its position: replace the adapter.
Cross-Mania tip: Check the diameter (M8 or M10) and thread direction on both the bike side and the mirror side: a left-hand thread screws in anticlockwise. Tighten, then lock with the locknut if one is supplied.
Part made for the model named in the title: check that it matches your vehicle exactly (model, engine size, year) before ordering.
