The wear parts of the brake caliper (pistons, seals, pins…) to restore consistent braking without replacing the whole caliper.

ALL BALLS offers this brake caliper rebuild kit for POLARIS GENERAL 1000 EPS PREMIUM, RANGER 570 CREW, RANGER 570 CREW EPS, RANGER 570 FULL SIZE, RZR XP 1000 HIGH LIFTER 2007-2025. The caliper is the clamp that squeezes the pads onto the disc. Inside, one or more pistons are pushed out by the brake fluid when you pull the lever or press the pedal.

Why rebuild the caliper?

The benefits:

Pistons that slide freely: the pads stop rubbing and wear evenly.
Precise, consistent braking, even after muddy rides and repeated washing.
You keep your original caliper, already matched to the bike.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace this part?

A brake that drags or runs hot, pads worn at an angle, a scored, pitted or sticking piston, fluid around the piston: the caliper needs rebuilding.
