Specifications

• Brand: INNTECK
• Manufacturer part numbers: LPF1007O, LPF1007R
• Fits the brake or clutch side (identical hydraulic controls)
• Available versions: Orange: ref. LPF1007O; Red: ref. LPF1007R

Choosing the colour

The colour is a styling choice; the shape and the mounting are the same.

When to replace it?

• Lever bent, broken or snapped short after a crash.
• Play in the pivot, lever that moves sideways.

Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: a straightened lever can snap the next time you brake.

Fitting tips

1. Undo the lever pivot bolt and remove the old lever, keeping any bushing.
2. Lightly grease the pivot bolt and the pivot with a suitable grease, without putting any grease on the master cylinder pushrod.
3. Fit the lever, then tighten the pivot bolt and the locknut without binding the movement.
4. Adjust the free play and the lever position, then check the brake with the bike stationary.

Spare parts and items to plan
