INNTECK aluminium Brake and Clutch Lever for KTM, HUSQVARNA and GAS GAS 2012-2027

The INNTECK aluminium LP1007 brake and clutch lever is designed for KTM FREERIDE 250, FREERIDE 350, SX 65, SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 65, TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 65, MC 85 from 2012 to 2027. On bikes where the hydraulic brake and clutch controls are identical, the same lever fits on either side. It's the ideal spare to keep in your bag.

When to replace it?

• Lever bent, broken or snapped short after a crash.
• Play in the pivot, lever that moves sideways.

Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: a straightened lever can snap the next time you brake.

Fitting tips

1. Undo the lever pivot bolt and remove the old lever, keeping any bushing.
2. Lightly grease the pivot bolt and the pivot with a suitable grease, without putting any grease on the master cylinder pushrod.
3. Fit the lever, then tighten the pivot bolt and the locknut without binding the movement.
4. Adjust the free play and the lever position, then check the brake with the bike stationary.
