The MOTION PRO 14-9013 clutch lever is designed for KTM SX 65, SX 85 and HUSQVARNA TC 65, TC 85 from 2014 to 2020. The clutch lever operates the clutch, by cable or hydraulically depending on the bike. It often breaks in a crash: a new lever gives you precise control and an engagement point that's easy to find.

When to replace it?
- Lever bent, broken or snapped short after a crash.
- Play in the pivot, lever that moves sideways.
Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: a straightened lever can snap the next time you brake.
Fitting tips
- Slacken the cable with the adjuster wheel (or undo the pivot bolt on a hydraulic clutch) and remove the old lever.
- Grease the pivot bolt, the pivot and the cable nipple with a suitable grease.
- Fit the lever, then tighten the pivot bolt and the locknut without binding the movement.
- Set the lever free play as per the manual: a few millimetres of play before the clutch starts to disengage.
Why MOTION PRO?
For its T3 Slidelight cables, Motion Pro measured in-house that a conventional cable housing can wear through to metal-on-metal contact in fewer than 1,200 cycles, whereas its own inner liner lasts 30,000 cycles with minimal wear. With anodised billet aluminium end fittings and a built-in lubricator, the control stays light and smooth over time.
