The PROX 16.940028 clutch master cylinder rebuild kit is designed for KTM ENDURO 690 and HUSQVARNA 701 from 2013 to 2021. The clutch master cylinder turns the effort on the lever into hydraulic pressure. When its seals wear, pressure escapes: the lever goes soft and the clutch doesn't disengage properly. This kit replaces the piston and its seals.

When to replace it?

• Lever that sinks or doesn't return properly.
• Fluid leaking at the lever.
• Clutch that doesn't disengage properly despite bleeding.

Fitting tips

1. Drain the system and remove the master cylinder cleanly.
2. Replace the piston and the seals from the kit, lubricated with the specified fluid.
3. Refill and bleed the system with the specified fluid, without mixing mineral oil and DOT fluid.
