The LEATT 3DF Hybrid Knee guards are knee guards that protect your knees from impacts in motocross and enduro, here in white/black.
Off-road, a knee guard that stays in place prevents bruises and cuts to the knee in crashes and contact with the bike.
LEATT was born in South Africa from the Leatt-Brace, the neck protection device invented by Dr Christopher Leatt after a fatal racing accident. Since then, the brand has designed protection and gear tested in real-world conditions, with rider safety as its guiding principle.
The knee guard should stay in place whether you crouch or stand. Wear it under your pants, with long socks to avoid chafing. Gentle wash at 30°C.
Knee guards or knee braces?
A knee guard protects against impacts; a knee brace, which is rigid and hinged, also limits twisting and hyperextension of the knee. See also our knee protection.
Are they worn under the pants?
Yes, they are designed to be worn under motocross pants.
