INNTECK aluminium Clutch Lever for KAWASAKI KXF 250, KXF 450 2019-2026

On KAWASAKI KXF 250, KXF 450 from 2019 to 2026, the INNTECK aluminium LP1023 clutch lever fits in place of the original part. When to replace it?

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the cable with the adjuster wheel (or undo the pivot bolt on a hydraulic clutch) and remove the old lever.
2. Grease the pivot bolt, the pivot and the cable nipple with a suitable grease.
3. Fit the lever, then tighten the pivot bolt and the locknut without binding the movement.
4. Set the lever free play as per the manual: a few millimetres of play before the clutch starts to disengage.
