INNTECK suspension shims 6 x 28 mm - pack of 10

INNTECK offers these suspension shims. In a fork or shock, the oil passes through a drilled piston every time the wheel moves. Thin steel washers, the shims, are stacked on this piston: they flex under the oil pressure and let it through more or less easily.

Why shims by size?

The benefits:

• Replace a damaged shim with an identical one, without replacing the whole valving.
• Build or modify a stack to suit the rider’s weight, level and the terrain.
• Washers of calibrated thickness: the same stack gives the same result from one build to the next.
