INNTECK rear brake pedal for HUSQVARNA FC, FE, FS, FX, TC, TX 125, 150, 250, 350, 450, 501 and GAS GAS MC, MCF 125, 150, 250, 450 from 2017 to 2027.

The INNTECK RBP-501B rear brake pedal is designed for HUSQVARNA FC 250, FC 350, FC 450, FE 450, FE 501, FS 450, FX 350, FX 450, TC 125, TC 150, TX 125 and GAS GAS MC 125, MC 150, MCF 250, MCF 450 from 2017 to 2027. The pedal operates the rear brake, which is essential off-road for placing the bike in corners and braking on descents. Exposed to rocks and crashes, it bends easily: a bent pedal throws off the free play and can make the brake drag.

Specifications

Brand: INNTECK
Manufacturer part number: RBP-501B

When to replace it?

Pedal bent, tip broken or teeth worn.
Play in the pivot.

Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: straightening steel or aluminium weakens it.

Fitting tips

Remove the old pedal, noting the position of the return spring and of the master cylinder pushrod.
Clean and grease the pivot bolt with a suitable grease.
Fit the pedal, its spring and the pushrod, then tighten to the manufacturer's torque.
Set the height and the free play: the brake must not drag with the pedal released.
