ALL BALLS offers this swingarm bearing kit for HONDA CR 125 1993-2001. The swingarm pivots on needle bearings protected by seals. Water and mud make them seize: the suspension gets stiff and play appears.
What is this bearing made of?
Races and balls in hardened chrome steel, 100Cr6 type, very hard and fatigue-resistant, protected by rubber seals.
- Double seal (2RS): a seal on each side, very well sealed against water and mud, essential off-road.
- Limit: slightly more drag than a metal-shielded bearing (ZZ), which spins more freely but seals far less well.
- Fitting: press or drift it in on the outer race, never hammer on the seal; keep the pressure washer away from the hubs.
