DOMINO Throttle Cable for throttle handle KRE03 for HONDA CRF 450 2016-2021

The cable that links the throttle grip to the carburettor or the fuel-injection throttle body.
DOMINO offers this throttle cable for HONDA CRF 450 2016-2021. When you twist the grip, the pull cable opens the carburettor or the injection throttle: the engine gets more air and fuel and speeds up.
Why replace the throttle cable?
The benefits:
- A grip that turns smoothly and snaps back on its own.
- Precise throttle response that is easy to control.
- A new cable removes the risk of the throttle staying open.
Why choose DOMINO?
Domino, founded in Lombardy in 1951 to make clutch and brake cables, designs and produces throttles, controls and levers in Italy (Sirtori, near Lecco), both for manufacturers’ original equipment and for the aftermarket.
When should you replace the cable on your HONDA CRF 450?
Broken strands, a crushed outer or a throttle that is slow to return: the cable needs changing.
Specifications and fitting tips
- Manufacturer part number: 3230.96.04-00
Cross-Mania tip: Follow the original routing, lubricate the cable and set the free play: the throttle must snap shut on its own with the bars on full lock both ways.
