The cable that links the throttle grip to the carburettor or the fuel-injection throttle body.
TECNIUM offers this throttle cable for HONDA CR 125, CR 250 1982-1983. When you twist the grip, the pull cable opens the carburettor or the injection throttle: the engine gets more air and fuel and speeds up.
Why replace the throttle cable?
The benefits:
- A grip that turns smoothly and snaps back on its own.
- Precise throttle response that is easy to control.
- A new cable removes the risk of the throttle staying open.
When should you replace the cable on your HONDA CR 250?
Broken strands, a crushed outer or a throttle that is slow to return: the cable needs changing.
