VECTOR Block+ Disc Lock - Ø16mm - SRA Certified

VECTOR offers this lock. The disc lock clamps onto the brake disc: its pin goes through one of the holes in the disc and locks the wheel as soon as someone tries to push the bike.

Why choose an approved lock?

The benefits:

• An SRA or ART rating shows that the lock has withstood break-in tests; some insurers require it, so check your policy.
• The thicker the pin, the better it resists cutting; a small disc lock, on the other hand, is easier to carry.
• An anchor set into the floor or wall stops the bike being loaded into a vehicle without cutting the chain.

Why choose VECTOR?

VECTOR is a range of motorcycle locks and workshop tools distributed by Bihr. Several of its locks are SRA approved (the certification recognised by insurers in France), ART approved (its Dutch equivalent) or NF-FFMC approved, certifications awarded after break-in resistance tests.

When should you replace this part?

A lock that sticks or seizes, a bent key, a body marked by a theft attempt: replace it.
