K&N breather filter - 62-1330

K&N offers this breather filter. This filter fits on the end of the oil breather hose (crankcase, gearbox or tank). The breather matters a lot: it vents the gases and vapours that build up in the crankcase while limiting the amount of oil carried out with them.

Why fit a breather filter?

The benefits:

• It keeps dust and water from entering the engine through the breather hose.
• It reduces oil vapour in the intake when it replaces the original return to the airbox.
• It can reduce fouling of the throttle body and intake tract.
• It lets you modify the ventilation system on a tuned engine.
