We are proud to present the most powerful engine pack for your SUZUKI LTR 450cc quad. This pack consists of the ATHENA 490cc 100mm aluminum kit. This kit is already a torque monster on an original crankshaft without reducing engine reliability. Once properly tuned, it delivers a 5hp gain. This pack also includes a long-stroke crankshaft (+3mm) to further increase displacement to 510cc! This will give you a further 2hp without any adjustment. The only point to pay attention to is to put a shim (or several base gaskets) to raise your cylinder by 1.5mm compared to the original. We also include crankshaft bearings in this pack.

With this pack, you can also fit a stage 1 camshaft HOT RODS to get the most advanced engine for your quad. In our tests with this pack + camshaft, and with a 16x36 transmission, the top speed of 160km/h was easily reached, while still having an extremely responsive quad!

As you can see, this pack isn't for everyone. We recommend it for those who love thrills and want the most powerful quad on the market.
