      POLINI offers this power valve for BETA EIKON 50, QUADRA 50 and HONDA CAMINO 1976-2007. Many two-stroke engines have an exhaust power valve: a blade that changes the height of the exhaust port according to revs.

      When should you replace this part?

      A scored or oval cylinder, or one with damaged plating, loses compression and wears the piston quickly. Measure the bore at every top-end rebuild: beyond the wear limit the cylinder must be replaced or resleeved.

      Cross-Mania tip: Check the diameter of the supplied or required piston and replace the top-end gaskets. A big bore may require carburation or fuel-injection adjustment.
