TROY LEE DESIGNS SE5 Carbon Mips Helmet - Wings Red: a motocross helmet has a peak and a wide eye port to wear goggles.
Why choose this helmet?
Key features:
- In-molded Mips® Integra Rotational Impact Brain Protection System
- Lightweight Titanium D-Rings and alloy hardware
- EPP Chin bar featuring Collarbone Suspension System
- Three shell sizes to more accurately fit a variety of head sizes and rider ages
- Quick release XT2 3D cheek pads and X-static/XT2 washable liner create an optimized fit with advanced anti-microbial properties
Why choose TROY LEE DESIGNS?
Founded in 1981 in Corona, California, around custom helmet painting, Troy Lee Designs makes the SE5, with a carbon or composite shell and the in-molded MIPS Integra rotational protection system.
When should you replace this helmet?
After any crash in which the helmet took a hit, even with no visible mark: crushed inner foam no longer protects. Otherwise allow about 5 years of use, as the foams and shell age; replace it sooner if it moves on your head.
