PROX Ignition Cover Gasket for KTM EXC 250, EXC 400, EXC 450, EXC 520, EXC 525, SX 400, SX 450, SX 520, SX 525 1998-2007

PROX offers this ignition cover gasket for KTM EXC 250, EXC 400, EXC 450, EXC 520, EXC 525, SX 400, SX 450, SX 520, SX 525 1998-2007. The ignition cover protects the alternator (stator and flywheel). On many 4-strokes it runs in oil; on 2-strokes it must stay dry and clean.

Why replace this gasket every time it is removed?

The benefits:

• A new gasket guarantees a perfectly sealed joint.
• Material designed to withstand heat, oil and coolant.
• An inexpensive part that saves doing the job twice.

Why choose PROX?

ProX, the Dutch engine-parts specialist since 1975, has its parts made in factories that also supply the manufacturers: OEM quality at a more affordable price.

When should you replace the gasket on your KTM EXC 450?

Oil seeping around the cover or a leak after reassembly show it needs replacing: a crushed gasket never seals properly again.
