ATHENA Ignition Cover Gasket for KTM EXC 400, EXC 530, XCW 400, XCW 450, XCW 530 2005-2018

ATHENA offers this ignition cover gasket for KTM EXC 400, EXC 530, XCW 400, XCW 450, XCW 530 2005-2018. The ignition cover protects the alternator (stator and flywheel). On many 4-strokes it runs in oil; on 2-strokes it must stay dry and clean.

Why replace this gasket every time it is removed?

The benefits:

• A new gasket guarantees a perfectly sealed joint.
• Material designed to withstand heat, oil and coolant.
• An inexpensive part that saves doing the job twice.

Why choose ATHENA?

Athena, original-equipment supplier to KTM and Ducati from Italy, laser-cuts its gaskets from materials designed for heat, oil and coolant.

When should you replace the gasket on your KTM XCW 450?

Oil seeping around the cover or a leak after reassembly show it needs replacing: a crushed gasket never seals properly again.
