INNTECK Rear Brake Pedal - Black/orange for GAS GAS MC 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and KTM SX 85 2018-2026

The INNTECK RBP-504O rear brake pedal is designed for KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 from 2018 to 2026. The pedal operates the rear brake, which is essential off-road for placing the bike in corners and braking on descents. Exposed to rocks and crashes, it bends easily: a bent pedal throws off the free play and can make the brake drag.

Specifications

• Brand: INNTECK
• Manufacturer part number: RBP-504O
• Engine: 2-stroke

When to replace it?

• Pedal bent, tip broken or teeth worn.
• Play in the pivot.

Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: straightening steel or aluminium weakens it.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the old pedal, noting the position of the return spring and of the master cylinder pushrod.
2. Clean and grease the pivot bolt with a suitable grease.
3. Fit the pedal, its spring and the pushrod, then tighten to the manufacturer's torque.
4. Set the height and the free play: the brake must not drag with the pedal released.
