The cable that links the throttle grip to the carburettor or the fuel-injection throttle body.
VENHILL offers this throttle cable for BETA REV3 125 2004-2008. When you twist the grip, the pull cable opens the carburettor or the injection throttle: the engine gets more air and fuel and speeds up.
Why replace the throttle cable?
The benefits:
- A grip that turns smoothly and snaps back on its own.
- Precise throttle response that is easy to control.
- A new cable removes the risk of the throttle staying open.
When should you replace the cable on your BETA REV3 125?
Broken strands, a crushed outer or a throttle that is slow to return: the cable needs changing.
Specifications and fitting tips
- Manufacturer part number: B05-4-007F
Cross-Mania tip: Follow the original routing, lubricate the cable and set the free play: the throttle must snap shut on its own with the bars on full lock both ways.
