The fuel pump sends fuel from the tank to the engine, with the pressure and flow it needs.

ALL BALLS offers this fuel pump for POLARIS GENERAL 1000 EPS PREMIUM, SPORTSMAN 450 H.O., SPORTSMAN 570, SPORTSMAN 570 TRG, SPORTSMAN 6X6 570 2016-2025. On fuel-injected bikes, an electric pump inside the tank sends pressurised fuel to the injector as soon as you switch on the ignition.

Why replace the fuel pump?

The benefits:

Get back an engine that starts easily and pulls all the way to the top of the rev range.
A rebuild kit restores the original module without buying a complete new one.
Avoid breaking down far from the van: a tired pump often fails without warning.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace this part?

An engine that stutters or cuts out at high revs, hard starting, a pump you no longer hear when you switch on, or a leak at the pump: check it and replace it if it is at fault.

Specifications and fitting tips

Restore lost performance of non-functioning fuel pump with this economical solution.
Kits come ready for plug-and-play installation.
Manufacturer part number: 47-2054

Cross-Mania tip: Work with the tank nearly empty and, on an electric pump, the battery disconnected; replace the seals and filter at the same time and check the connections for leaks before starting.
