The seals and wear parts for your fuel tap, so it stops leaking and shuts off the fuel properly.
TOURMAX offers this fuel tap repair kit for KAWASAKI KLX 300 2002-2003. The fuel tap is fitted under the tank: it lets fuel flow to the carburettor, shuts it off when the bike is parked, and its ‘reserve’ position gives access to the last litres.
Why a repair kit?
The benefits:
- Stop a fuel leak for much less than a new tap.
- A tap that really shuts off: the carburettor no longer overflows during transport or storage.
- A lever that turns smoothly again and clicks cleanly into each position.
Why choose TOURMAX?
Tourmax has its parts made in Japan by suppliers to the major Japanese manufacturers, at OEM quality level according to the brand.
When should you replace this part?
Fuel dripping under the tap, a lever that is stiff or turns without effect, or a carburettor that fills with the tap off: the seals are worn, rebuild the tap.
