TECNIUM Friction Clutch Plates Kit for POLARIS OUTLAW 500, PREDATOR 500 and KAWASAKI KFX 450 2002-2014

TECNIUM offers this clutch friction plate kit for POLARIS OUTLAW 500, PREDATOR 500 and KAWASAKI KFX 450 2002-2014. Friction plates alternate with the steel plates. Their lining wears at every start and gear change; once too thin, it no longer grips and the clutch slips.

Why replace the friction plates?

• An economical clutch refresh.

When should you replace the clutch plates?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.

Cross-Mania tip: Soak the friction plates in gearbox oil before fitting, check the basket for notches and replace the springs at the same time.
