The SHOWA SHO-3002001 fork cartridge guide bushing is designed for HONDA CRF 250, CRF 450, SUZUKI RMZ 250, RMZ 450 and KAWASAKI KXF 250 from 2008 to 2012. In a fork cartridge, guide bushings keep the moving parts centred: the piston rod or the free piston, depending on the part number. Once worn, they allow play: the seals wear faster and the damping loses precision.

Fitting tips

3. Fit the new part, oiled, without twisting it or damaging it on the threads.
4. Reassemble with fresh fork oil and carefully bleed the air out of the cartridge.
