The SHOWA SHO-3002000 fork cartridge guide bushing is designed for SUZUKI RM 125, RM 250, RMZ 250, RMZ 450, HONDA CR 250, CRF 250, CRF 450 and KAWASAKI KXF 250, KXF 450 from 1999 to 2007. Guide bushings reduce friction and keep the cartridge's moving parts properly in line. Replacing them during a service prevents premature seal wear.

When to replace it?

Fitting tips

1. Servicing a cartridge takes method and the right tools: follow the fork manual or leave it to a suspension specialist.
2. Strip the cartridge, clean all the parts and check the condition of the rod (scratches, pitting).
3. Fit the new part, oiled, without twisting it or damaging it on the threads.
4. Reassemble with fresh fork oil and carefully bleed the air out of the cartridge.
