A device that holds the fork compressed at the start so the bike wheelies less and gets away faster.

RFX offers this holeshot device for KTM SX 125, SX 150, SX 250, SXF 250, SXF 450, HUSQVARNA FC 250, FC 350, FC 450, TC 125, TC 250, GAS GAS EC 250, MC 125, MC 250, MCF 250, MCF 450 and HUSABERG FE 350, FE 390, FE 570 IE, TE 250, TE 300 1996-2027. Before the start, you push the fork down and engage a button that holds it there. The front of the bike sits lower: when you accelerate, the front wheel lifts less and the power goes to the ground better.

Why fit a holeshot device?

The benefits:

More consistent starts: the bike stays straight and wheelies less.
You can open the throttle harder off the gate without fearing a wheelie.
It releases on its own: nothing to do once the race is under way.

When should you replace this part?

Replace it if the button no longer holds the fork down, releases poorly, or if a part is bent after a crash.
