DOMA Silencer ref. 200723 for GAS GAS MC 65, HUSQVARNA TC 65 and KTM SX 65 2024-2027

The DOMA 200723 exhaust silencer is designed for KTM SX 65, HUSQVARNA TC 65 and GAS GAS MC 65 from 2024 to 2027. On a two-stroke, the silencer cuts the noise while letting the exhaust gases through. Its rock wool packing compacts and burns away over the hours: the noise goes up and the engine loses efficiency.

When to replace it?

• Noise getting louder, metallic sound.
• Packing coming out, or black oil seeping from the end.
• Outer sleeve dented or cracked.

Competition use only, not road-legal. Plan to repack it roughly every 15 to 20 hours.

Fitting tips

1. Fit the silencer to the pipe with a gasket or connector in good condition.
2. Tighten the mounts without putting any strain on the silencer, then check them after the first ride.
3. To repack: drill out the end cap rivets, fill with loose packing and rivet it back on.
