DOMA Silencer ref. 200715 for GAS GAS MC 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and KTM SX 85 2025-2027

The DOMA 200715 exhaust silencer is designed for KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 from 2025 to 2027. At the end of the exhaust, the silencer tames the noise of the two-stroke. A well-packed silencer in good condition means a more pleasant engine and a noise level kept under control.

When to replace it?

• Noise getting louder, metallic sound.
• Packing coming out, or black oil seeping from the end.
• Outer sleeve dented or cracked.

Competition use only, not road-legal. Plan to repack it roughly every 15 to 20 hours.

Fitting tips

1. Fit the silencer to the pipe with a gasket or connector in good condition.
2. Tighten the mounts without putting any strain on the silencer, then check them after the first ride.
3. To repack: drill out the end cap rivets, fill with loose packing and rivet it back on.
