DOMA Silencer enduro version for KAWASAKI KX 500 1990-2004

The DOMA 200179 exhaust silencer is designed for KAWASAKI KX 500 from 1990 to 2004. At the end of the exhaust, the silencer tames the noise of the two-stroke. A well-packed silencer in good condition means a more pleasant engine and a noise level kept under control.

When to replace it?

• Noise getting louder, metallic sound.
• Packing coming out, or black oil seeping from the end.
• Outer sleeve dented or cracked.

Competition use only, not road-legal. Plan to repack it roughly every 15 to 20 hours.

Fitting tips

1. Fit the silencer to the pipe with a gasket or connector in good condition.
2. Tighten the mounts without putting any strain on the silencer, then check them after the first ride.
3. To repack: drill out the end cap rivets, fill with loose packing and rivet it back on.

Why DOMA?

Doma Racing has been handcrafting its two-stroke exhausts in its workshop in Calais, France, since 1992. The brand won the 125 world title in 2000 with Grant Langston and supplies original equipment for certain KTM models.
