DOMA Silencer for KAWASAKI KX 85, KX 100, KX 112 2002-2025

The DOMA 200043 exhaust silencer is designed for KAWASAKI KX 85, KX 100, KX 112 from 2002 to 2025. At the end of the exhaust, the silencer tames the noise of the two-stroke. A well-packed silencer in good condition means a more pleasant engine and a noise level kept under control.

When to replace it?

• Noise getting louder, metallic sound.
• Packing coming out, or black oil seeping from the end.
• Outer sleeve dented or cracked.

Competition use only, not road-legal. Plan to repack it roughly every 15 to 20 hours.

Fitting tips

1. Fit the silencer to the pipe with a gasket or connector in good condition.
2. Tighten the mounts without putting any strain on the silencer, then check them after the first ride.
3. To repack: drill out the end cap rivets, fill with loose packing and rivet it back on.

Why DOMA?

Doma Racing has been handcrafting its two-stroke exhausts in its workshop in Calais, France, since 1992. The brand won the 125 world title in 2000 with Grant Langston and supplies original equipment for certain KTM models.
